Queensville Pharmacy is proud to be a locally owned independent pharmacy serving Queensville, Mount Albert, Sharon, Holland Landing, and the greater East Gwillimbury area. As healthcare continues to change, our goal has remained simple: to make care more personal, more convenient, and more connected to the needs of local families.
We are not just a place to fill prescriptions. We are a community pharmacy working to bring more healthcare services closer to home, in a welcoming setting where people are known by name and patient care comes first.
At Queensville Pharmacy, we provide prescription dispensing, medication reviews, ongoing pharmacist support, and help for patients managing multiple medications or chronic health conditions. We also offer blister packaging for patients who want a safer and easier way to stay on track with their medications. For many families and caregivers, this added support can make a big difference.
Our team also provides custom compounding services. Compounding allows medications to be personalized when a commercially available product is not the right fit. This may include changing a strength, dosage form, or combining ingredients as prescribed. It is one of the ways an independent pharmacy can offer more flexible and individualized care.
We also provide access to a comprehensive veterinary medication catalogue, helping animal and pet owners obtain affordable pet medications and hard to find treatments for their animals. This is another way we support the practical healthcare needs of families in our community.
Queensville Pharmacy has also grown into a healthcare hub with expanded clinical services that are covered by OHIP. Our pharmacists can assess and prescribe for many common ailments, and we are proud to offer this service locally. For eligible conditions, patients may be able to speak with a pharmacist and receive treatment quickly, often without needing to wait for a doctor’s appointment.
One of the most exciting parts of our growth has been the addition of clinic services operating from our pharmacy. We offer a virtual walk-in clinic for many eligible conditions that can be addressed without an in person physical assessment. This OHIP covered service gives patients a more convenient option and can help them avoid long waits at busy walk-in clinics.
Queensville Pharmacy is also home to Focus & Function Adult ADHD Clinic, a service designed to support adults seeking assessment and treatment for ADHD in a more accessible local setting. This service is provided by a specialist and is also covered by OHIP.
We are also home to BioInfinite Health, which offers comprehensive hormone therapy for men and women, as well as medically supervised weight loss services provided by Maya Kolpin, a family nurse practitioner. Our focus is always on building thoughtful services that respond to real gaps in access to care.
Our certified pharmacists provide injection services, including many publicly funded and private vaccines and injectable medications. In addition, free naloxone kits are available at our pharmacy for anyone in Ontario, including people without a valid health card. These kits can be lifesaving in an opioid overdose emergency, and our team provides them in a respectful, confidential, and non-judgmental manner.
Convenience is another major focus for us. We offer free local delivery service to help patients who may have transportation challenges, mobility issues, busy schedules, or simply prefer the convenience of having medications brought to their door.
As an independent pharmacy, we also believe strongly in the value of relationships. Patients are not rushed through a large corporate system. We take time to answer questions, explain medications, and work with patients and prescribers to address medication related concerns. Whether someone needs help understanding a new prescription, arranging delivery, or navigating a more complex healthcare situation, we try to make the process feel easier and more personal.
We are also proud to be part of the broader East Gwillimbury community. Shopping local matters because local businesses invest back into the neighbourhoods they serve. At Queensville Pharmacy, that means creating services that reflect local needs, supporting community initiatives, and working hard to provide care people can rely on close to home.
For those who have already supported us, thank you. And for those who have not visited yet, we look forward to welcoming you.
