Yes. Queensville Pharmacy offers home delivery for prescriptions and other pharmacy items.
Is delivery free?
It depends on where you live. Queensville, Sharon, Holland Landing, Keswick is our delivery area. One free delivery per household each week. Newmarket, Bradford, Mount Albert, first delivery of the week is $5
What qualifies for delivery?
Your order must include at least one prescription. e can also include over the counter items in the same delivery at no extra cost.
What time is the delivery cutoff?
Order by 1:00 pm for same day delivery, usually between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Same day delivery depends on medication availability. Orders placed after 1:00 pm are delivered the next business day.
What if I need more than one delivery in a week?
Queensville, Sharon, Holland Landing, Keswick:
Extra deliveries are $5
Newmarket, Bradford, Mount Albert:
Extra deliveries are $10
How do I pay?
We use cashless payment. Any copays, balances, or delivery fees are settled before the driver leaves the pharmacy.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
How do I book a delivery?
Call us at 905.954.4144. We will confirm your delivery window and take care of the rest.
Do I need to be home?
Yes. Someone must be home to receive the delivery. We do not leave medications unattended. f we need to return because no one is home, an extra delivery fee may apply.
Will I need to show ID or sign?
Some medications require a signature or ID. We will let you know ahead of time if this applies.
I live in an apartment or condo. What do I need to provide
Please give us your buzzer number and any entry details so delivery is smooth.
Can weather affect delivery time?
Yes. Weather and road conditions can affect delivery timing. We will do our best to keep you updated.
