Queensville Pharmacy is proud to host Focus and Function Clinic on site, so adults in Queensville, Newmarket, East Gwillimbury and surrounding areas can access specialized ADHD care closer to home. Focus and Function Clinic is a physician led service that focuses on medical and psychotherapy management for ADHD and memory conditions with personalized care plans to help patients manage symptoms and improve daily life. Their team now sees patients at our clinic space at Queensville Pharmacy, Unit 2, 20415 Leslie Street, as one of their listed locations.

What Focus and Function Offers

At Queensville Pharmacy, Focus and Function provides:

Comprehensive assessment for adult ADHD
Ongoing ADHD medical management for adults
Support with co-existing mental health concerns where appropriate
Access to psychotherapy services that are focused on ADHD and daily function

These services are delivered by physicians with specific training and experience in ADHD and memory care. Care plans are tailored to each person so that treatment can support work, school, relationships and quality of life.

How the service works

All ADHD assessments and medical visits are covered by OHIP when you are referred by an Ontario physician.

Visits at Queensville Pharmacy take place in a private exam room, using secure electronic medical records.
Follow up appointments are scheduled by the Focus and Function team.

You will continue to see your family doctor or primary care provider for your general medical needs, while Focus and Function looks after the ADHD specific assessment and treatment plan.

How to get referred

Because this is a specialist clinic, you cannot self refer.
To become a patient at Focus and Function Clinic at Queensville Pharmacy:

Book an appointment with your family doctor or primary care provider.
Let them know you would like an assessment with Focus and Function Clinic.
Your provider will complete the Focus and Function Adult ADHD referral form, which can be downloaded from the Focus and Function website under the Contact and Referral section.
Once the referral is received and screened, the clinic will contact you directly to book an appointment at the Queensville location.
